Summary of the lnvention

Tungsten carbide sherical buttons or inserts are  widely applied to DTH hammer bits,

roller bits, bore bits, large diameter roller cutter bits and ore crushing field. the characteristic is that one

end is embedded, stuck or welded in a steel skirt hole for fastening(a non-working part),and the other

end is exposed out of the skirt for operation(a working part). Traditional tungsten carbide spherical

buttons or inserts are mainly consist of a hard phase (tungsten)or tungsten carbide (TC) and a bonding

phase cobalt( Co) or nickel (Ni). Such tungsten carbide spherical button or insert products are 

characterized by high material cost and low performance-price ratio. ln order to improve the performance-

price ratio of the products. the compositions products can be changed to heterogeneous compositions

and sructures to achieve the purpose of improving the performance-price ratio while ensuring the 

performance.The purpose of the invention is to significantly improve the performance-cost ratio 

of the product
